This page applies to OnHosty and the websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, software, AI features, digital tools, hosting services, commerce features, market tools, and other services made available at or through https://onhosty.com/. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean onhosty.com. References to “you” include visitors, customers, account holders, subscribers, sellers, creators, affiliates, and authorized users. New or updated services are covered when they reasonably fall within this description unless a separate notice or agreement applies.
1. Recurring Billing
If a plan renews automatically, the renewal cadence, amount or pricing method, trial terms, and material usage limits are shown at checkout or in the plan description. You authorize recurring charges until canceled.
2. Trials and Promotions
Trials or discounted introductory periods may convert to paid access as disclosed at enrollment. Eligibility rules may prevent repeated trial use.
3. Usage and Credits
Plans may include limits for AI calls, storage, websites, workers, automations, market-data access, support, or other resources. Usage beyond included amounts may require additional credits, an upgrade, or separate charges if disclosed.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal billing after the applicable cutoff but does not automatically reverse past charges. Some service data may be deleted after access ends subject to retention and backup practices.
5. Plan Changes
We may change features or pricing for future billing periods with notice where required. Material changes will not retroactively authorize undisclosed charges.
