This page applies to OnHosty and services available at https://onhosty.com/. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean onhosty.com. References to “you” mean visitors, customers, account holders, property owners, creators, developers, sellers, affiliates, shoppers, and users of the platform.
1. Seller and Creator Access
Seller and creator access may allow eligible users to list, sell, license, protect, promote, or deliver digital products, WordPress plugins, services, downloads, creator resources, software assets, and select shippable products.
2. Eligibility and Approval
OnHosty may require account approval, identity review, product review, license setup, payment verification, tax/payment details, or other checks before enabling seller/creator features or payouts.
3. Listing Responsibilities
- Use accurate titles, descriptions, screenshots, images, prices, license terms, and support terms.
- Disclose limits, requirements, compatibility, update terms, shipping terms, and known restrictions.
- Do not list stolen, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, misleading, illegal, or unsupported products.
- Do not make false earnings, performance, security, or compatibility claims.
4. Digital Product and License Responsibility
Creators selling plugins, protected ZIP files, downloads, software, themes, tools, or APIs are responsible for license terms, activation rules, updates, support boundaries, security practices, and delivery accuracy.
5. Services
Service sellers must clearly state scope, timelines, deliverables, revisions, requirements, support limits, refund terms, and what is not included.
6. Physical Products
Sellers offering shipped products must provide accurate stock, shipping, handling, carrier, fulfillment, return, damage, and customer service information. Sellers remain responsible for fulfillment unless OnHosty expressly states otherwise.
7. Fees, Commissions, and Payouts
Marketplace fees, seller fees, affiliate commissions, platform commissions, payout thresholds, payout timing, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and payment processor fees may reduce seller/creator earnings. Payouts may be delayed or held for risk review, disputes, fraud prevention, or compliance.
8. Refunds and Chargebacks
Sellers and creators may be responsible for refunds, chargebacks, reversals, support failures, delivery failures, or listing inaccuracies. Unresolved disputes may reduce payouts or restrict selling privileges.
9. Intellectual Property
Sellers and creators must own or have permission to sell all products, code, files, media, documentation, designs, trademarks, and descriptions. You are responsible for claims arising from your listings or uploads.
10. Support Duties
If support is included, sellers must provide reasonable support according to the listing terms. Support promises should be realistic and not misleading.
11. Platform Rights
OnHosty may review, approve, reject, hide, edit, categorize, remove, or restrict listings for quality, safety, compliance, performance, or marketplace trust reasons.
12. No Guaranteed Sales
Seller or creator access does not guarantee sales, exposure, traffic, marketplace placement, commissions, buyer demand, or profit.
13. Termination
Seller/creator access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, infringement, poor support, chargebacks, prohibited products, inaccurate listings, or policy violations.
