1. Respect for Rights
Users must have permission to upload, generate, transform, publish, sell, or distribute content. AI assistance does not eliminate intellectual-property obligations.
2. Copyright Complaints
Send copyright complaints to admin@onhosty.com with identification of the copyrighted work, the challenged material, location/URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature as required by applicable law.
3. Counter Notices
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, send a compliant counter notice to admin@onhosty.com.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may restrict or terminate repeat infringers and users who misuse copyright procedures.
