References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean onhosty.com. References to “you” include visitors, customers, account holders, subscribers, sellers, creators, affiliates, and authorized users. 1. License Grant
Unless a listing states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the permitted purposes and number of sites/users shown in the plan. Ownership of underlying intellectual property is not transferred.
2. Restrictions
You may not unlawfully redistribute, resell, sublicense, bypass access controls, remove protection, expose private APIs or keys, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or use the product to violate third-party rights.
3. Updates and Compatibility
Software may change for security, compatibility, provider, or product reasons. Compatibility with every host, browser, WordPress version, theme, plugin, API, or third-party service is not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
4. Suspension
License or service access may be suspended for nonpayment, fraud, security threats, or material violations, subject to applicable law and the plan terms.
