1. License Grant
Digital products may be licensed, not sold. Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for the allowed purpose and term.
2. License Keys and Activation
Products such as WordPress plugin ZIP files, protected downloads, software tools, services, APIs, and other digital resources may require a valid license key, account login, or activation check. Access may stop if the license expires, is refunded, is canceled, is misused, or payment fails.
3. Restrictions
- Do not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, leak, or publicly post paid files or license keys unless expressly permitted.
- Do not bypass, remove, disable, or interfere with license checks, protection systems, API checks, activation systems, or access controls.
- Do not claim authorship or ownership of another creator’s product.
- Do not use digital products for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing purposes.
4. Updates and Support
Updates and support depend on the product listing, subscription status, seller terms, and license plan. Lifetime access should only be assumed if expressly stated on the product page.
5. Compatibility
Software compatibility may depend on WordPress version, PHP version, themes, other plugins, server settings, third-party APIs, and updates. No product is guaranteed to work with every setup unless expressly stated.
6. License Revocation
Licenses may be revoked or restricted for fraud, chargebacks, refunds, sharing, abuse, nonpayment, terms violations, unauthorized redistribution, or attempts to bypass protections.
7. Protected Products
License-protected products are intended to help creators control access. Protection does not guarantee that unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, misuse, or piracy will never occur.
8. Ownership of Product IP
Creators and sellers retain ownership of their intellectual property unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Buyers receive only the license rights described in the product listing and these terms.
