This page applies to OnHosty and the websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, software, AI features, digital tools, hosting services, commerce features, market tools, and other services made available at or through https://onhosty.com/. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean onhosty.com. References to “you” include visitors, customers, account holders, subscribers, sellers, creators, affiliates, and authorized users. New or updated services are covered when they reasonably fall within this description unless a separate notice or agreement applies.
1. Third-Party Financial Provider
OnHosty may connect to Alpaca or another financial provider. The provider—not OnHosty—controls brokerage-account approval, regulated account services, custody, execution, statements, confirmations, and provider-specific eligibility unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.
2. Authorization
You must connect your own eligible account through the provider-approved authorization flow and approve the requested permissions. Authorization scopes may include read-only account information, market data, account settings, or trading permissions. Do not authorize access you do not understand.
3. OAuth and Credentials
Where OAuth is used, you authenticate with the provider and OnHosty receives an authorization token rather than your provider password. We will not ask you to publish or share your provider client secret, access token, recovery code, or password in page content or ordinary support messages.
4. Trading Permission
A trading scope can permit an application to place, modify, or cancel orders. Granting that permission does not guarantee that a specific order will be accepted or filled. Provider risk controls, account restrictions, buying power, market status, product permissions, and compliance rules still apply.
5. Disconnecting
You may revoke access through available OnHosty controls or the financial provider. Revocation may stop future synchronization or order submission but does not undo transactions already transmitted or executed.
6. Live Trading Approval
Public live trading will not be represented as available unless the required financial-provider approval and production configuration are in place. Commercial use, subscriptions, advertising, in-app purchases, commissions, or other monetization related to the integration must be accurately disclosed to the provider where required.
7. No Provider Endorsement
Do not interpret integration compatibility as sponsorship, development, recommendation, or endorsement by Alpaca. Provider trademarks belong to their respective owners.
