1. Respect for Intellectual Property
OnHosty respects intellectual property rights. Users, sellers, creators, owners, and affiliates must only upload, list, sell, promote, or distribute content they own or have permission to use.
2. Copyright Complaints
To submit a copyright complaint, contact admin@onhosty.com with enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement that you believe use is unauthorized, a statement that your complaint is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
3. Information to Include
- Your full name and contact information.
- A description or URL of the copyrighted work.
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Counter Notices
If your content was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe it was removed in error, contact admin@onhosty.com with a counter-notice explaining your position and including the information required by applicable law.
5. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate or restrict accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or misuse copyright procedures.
6. Seller and Creator Responsibility
Sellers and creators are responsible for claims related to products, files, code, images, names, copy, trademarks, media, and materials they upload, list, or sell.
