1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects buyers, owners, creators, sellers, affiliates, and the platform from abuse, fraud, unsafe products, and misleading conduct.
2. Prohibited Activity
- Fraud, scams, phishing, spam, malware, spyware, or malicious code.
- Bot accounts, fake accounts, automated abuse, marketplace manipulation, reward farming, or referral fraud.
- Stolen content, counterfeit goods, unauthorized software, license bypassing, or intellectual property violations.
- Harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, doxxing, or abusive behavior.
- False earnings claims, misleading product claims, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or deceptive promotions.
- Chargeback abuse, refund abuse, payment fraud, or attempts to evade platform fees.
- Illegal products, prohibited products, unsafe products, or services that violate applicable law.
- Attempts to exploit security, scrape private data, overload systems, bypass access controls, or interfere with other users.
3. Prohibited Marketplace Listings
Listings may be removed if they involve illegal goods, stolen goods, unauthorized copies, harmful software, misleading claims, unsafe services, counterfeit products, prohibited regulated items, or products that create unacceptable risk.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict listings, suspend accounts, revoke licenses, cancel rewards, hold payouts, disable access, or terminate use of the platform for violations or suspected abuse.
