1. What Digital Property Means
Digital property on OnHosty means platform-based access to a digital location, storefront-style features, identity/presentation features, listing tools, activity signals, and ownership-style utility within the platform. It is not physical real estate, land, equity, securities, cryptocurrency, or a guaranteed investment product.
2. What Owners May Receive
- A digital property page or location within the platform.
- Storefront or listing capabilities where available.
- Access to owner tools, upgrades, resources, or presentation features.
- Activity/value signals such as traffic, clicks, listings, engagement, sales activity, or upgrade history where supported.
- Eligibility to use platform features subject to rules, payment, compliance, and availability.
3. Ownership Responsibility
Owners are responsible for building, maintaining, protecting, and using their property in compliance with platform rules. Valuable properties may require upgrades, services, cooldown protection, better presentation, stronger defense, support, and active management.
4. Property Value Signals
Traffic, clicks, listings, activity, upgrades, product quality, sales history, referrals, rewards, and storefront presentation may be shown as value signals. These signals do not guarantee resale value, profit, buyer demand, or future earnings.
5. Storefront Use
Property storefronts may be used to list digital products, services, affiliate offers, creator assets, software, downloads, or select physical products where permitted. Owners must follow marketplace, seller, copyright, product, refund, and acceptable-use rules.
6. Transfers, Resale, and Locks
If transfers, resales, locks, or evaluations are available, they are subject to platform rules, eligibility, fees, cooldowns, buyer interest, verification, and abuse prevention. No transfer or resale is guaranteed.
7. Loss, Rebuild, or Access Changes
Digital property may be affected by nonpayment, violation, inactivity, battle rules, cooldown rules, rebuild rules, transfer rules, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or platform changes. Owners should protect what they own and keep accounts in good standing.
8. No Investment Advice
Nothing on OnHosty should be treated as investment, financial, legal, tax, or business advice. Digital property is a platform service and experience, not a promise of appreciation or income.
9. Platform Control
OnHosty may modify property features, rules, categories, zones, listings, rewards, rankings, pricing, or availability to maintain security, fairness, compliance, performance, or product direction.
