1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OnHosty, creating an account, buying a product or service, claiming digital property, listing items, participating in rewards, using creator/seller tools, or interacting with marketplace or ownership features, you agree to these Terms and all linked policies.
2. Platform Description
OnHosty provides a digital ownership and marketplace experience that may include digital business property access, storefront features, WordPress and creator tools, digital downloads, licenses, subscriptions, software products, services, rewards, referrals, upgrades, protection/cooldown options, and select shippable products.
Plain-language note: Digital property and ownership-style language refer to platform-based access and utility. It does not mean physical real estate, equity, securities, investment contracts, or guaranteed income.
3. Accounts, Eligibility, and Identity
You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, and all activity under your account. We may require verification for purchases, seller access, creator tools, payouts, fraud review, or legal compliance. We may reject or restrict accounts that appear fraudulent, automated, abusive, or unsafe.
4. Purchases, Access, and Delivery
Purchases may provide access to digital products, services, property features, storefront tools, licenses, subscriptions, upgrades, protection, downloads, or other utilities. Some access may be delivered instantly, while services, custom work, verification, shipping, or manual review may take additional time.
5. Digital Property and Storefront Use
Digital property may provide a platform location, storefront space, listing potential, identity features, traffic/engagement signals, and access to ownership-style tools. You must use these features within platform rules and may not misrepresent your rights, value, earnings, traffic, product claims, or affiliation with OnHosty.
6. Battle, Cooldown, and Risk Features
Where competitive features are available, owners may use battle or conquest systems to expand property access or value without paying to claim every location. Those features may involve risk, damage, cooldowns, loss mechanics, rebuild requirements, transfer rules, and other platform rules. You are responsible for understanding and protecting what you own within the platform.
7. Seller, Creator, and Marketplace Activity
Sellers and creators are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, license terms, support duties, delivery promises, refund handling, shipping obligations, and claims made about products or services. We may remove listings or restrict access for policy violations or risk concerns.
8. Subscriptions and Recurring Charges
Recurring services renew until canceled according to the checkout terms or subscription settings. Failed payments, cancellations, chargebacks, or unpaid invoices may result in paused access, revoked licenses, hidden listings, lost upgrades, or reduced service availability.
9. No Guaranteed Earnings, Value, or Results
No results are guaranteed. Traffic, clicks, commissions, rewards, referrals, property value, resale potential, sales, buyer demand, marketplace exposure, and earnings depend on many factors, including your effort, product quality, pricing, demand, compliance, market conditions, and platform activity.
10. User Content and Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant us permission to host, display, process, promote, and use it as needed to operate the platform. You must have rights to all code, files, images, names, trademarks, videos, documents, descriptions, and product materials you upload or list.
11. Prohibited Activity
- Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, spam, or unauthorized access.
- Bot accounts, fake accounts, fake reviews, marketplace manipulation, reward farming, or referral abuse.
- False earnings claims, misleading product claims, fake ownership claims, or deceptive sales tactics.
- Copyright, trademark, license, privacy, or publicity-right violations.
- Chargeback abuse, refund abuse, payment fraud, or fee evasion.
- Attempts to exploit, bypass, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt platform systems.
12. Platform Changes and Availability
We may modify, rebalance, pause, replace, remove, or discontinue features, rules, pricing, rewards, listings, property mechanics, protections, or services for security, fairness, compliance, abuse prevention, maintenance, or business reasons.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, licenses, listings, payouts, rewards, property access, or marketplace privileges when we believe there is fraud, abuse, legal risk, nonpayment, security risk, policy violation, or harm to users or the platform.
14. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific revenue, traffic, ranking, resale value, marketplace placement, or compatibility with every third-party service or plugin.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, onhosty.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform, products, services, listings, property features, competitive mechanics, or third-party sellers.
