This page applies to OnHosty and the websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, software, AI features, digital tools, hosting services, commerce features, market tools, and other services made available at or through https://onhosty.com/. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean onhosty.com. References to “you” include visitors, customers, account holders, subscribers, sellers, creators, affiliates, and authorized users. New or updated services are covered when they reasonably fall within this description unless a separate notice or agreement applies.
1. General Rule
Refund eligibility depends on the product or service, delivery status, usage, service progress, license activation, download access, hosting/provisioning status, subscription period, seller policy, and applicable law. Any more specific terms shown at checkout control for that purchase to the extent permitted by law.
2. Digital Products, AI Credits, and Usage-Based Services
Digital downloads, license keys, generated assets, consumed AI credits, API usage, or other metered services may be non-refundable once delivered or consumed, except where law or the checkout terms provide otherwise.
3. Hosting, Setup, and Professional Services
Setup, provisioning, migration, consulting, design, development, travel, meeting, or custom-service fees may become non-refundable after work begins or resources are reserved. Separate milestones may apply.
4. Subscriptions
Canceling generally stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges. Access may continue through the paid period unless the service states otherwise.
5. Market or Brokerage Losses
Investment or trading losses are not product refunds. Orders, fills, market movements, exchange fees, broker fees, or losses arising from user-directed or authorized trading are governed by the financial provider’s agreements and applicable law.
6. Chargebacks and Abuse
Fraudulent chargebacks, refund abuse, or payment fraud may lead to access restrictions while the matter is investigated.
