Terms of Service

Effective Date: December 29, 2025

This page applies to OnHosty and the websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, software, AI features, digital tools, hosting services, commerce features, market tools, and other services made available at or through https://onhosty.com/. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean onhosty.com. References to “you” include visitors, customers, account holders, subscribers, sellers, creators, affiliates, and authorized users. New or updated services are covered when they reasonably fall within this description unless a separate notice or agreement applies.

1. Acceptance and Scope

By accessing or using OnHosty, creating an account, purchasing or subscribing, connecting a third-party account, using an API, activating an AI worker or automation, using market tools, uploading content, or otherwise using a service, you agree to these Terms and the policies and product-specific terms linked from the service.

2. Platform Services

OnHosty may provide AI workforce and automation, business software, documents and spreadsheets, creator and media tools, websites and managed hosting, domains and SSL, ecommerce and marketplace features, subscriptions, digital products and licenses, communications tools, analytics, connected-account integrations, financial education, market data, paper trading, and—only when separately enabled and approved—live trading connectivity through third-party financial providers. Features may be introduced, changed, retired, or moved between plans over time.

3. Accounts, Eligibility, and Security

You must provide accurate information, meet age and eligibility requirements, protect your credentials, use multi-factor authentication where offered, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or authorized integrations, except to the extent caused by our breach of applicable law or contractual duty.

4. AI, Automation, and Human Review

AI-generated content, recommendations, classifications, research, code, forecasts, summaries, strategies, and automated actions may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing material outputs before relying on them. Unless a service expressly states otherwise, AI outputs are tools for assistance and are not professional legal, medical, tax, accounting, investment, or fiduciary advice.

5. Financial and Market Features

Market features are currently paper/simulated only unless a feature is expressly identified as live and separately enabled. Paper trading does not use real money or execute transactions in real securities and should not be presented as live brokerage activity.

OnHosty is a technology platform and is not represented by these Terms as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, clearing agency, custodian, or bank. Brokerage, custody, execution, account opening, and regulated financial services—if offered—are provided by the applicable third-party financial provider under that provider’s agreements, eligibility rules, disclosures, and privacy notices. OnHosty is not developed by or endorsed by Alpaca unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

6. Self-Directed Decisions and No Guaranteed Results

You control your business and investment decisions. Charts, scanners, calculators, estimates, alerts, research, backtests, simulations, AI strategies, and automated tools do not guarantee performance. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. You can lose money when investing or trading.

7. Connected Accounts and APIs

When you authorize a third-party integration, you permit OnHosty to access only the scopes and data necessary to provide the selected features. You may be able to disconnect the integration through OnHosty or the provider. You must not use another person’s account, keys, tokens, or credentials without authorization. We may suspend a connection that creates security, fraud, legal, or provider-compliance risk.

8. Purchases, Fees, Taxes, and Renewals

Prices, setup fees, subscriptions, usage charges, AI credits, service add-ons, commissions, hosting fees, and other charges are disclosed at checkout or in the applicable order. You authorize displayed charges and are responsible for taxes and payment-method accuracy. Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the applicable checkout terms, Refund Policy, and law.

9. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, display, and process that content as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the services you choose. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for uploaded content, data, code, media, and instructions.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use the services for fraud, malware, unlawful surveillance, credential theft, market manipulation, deceptive trading activity, unauthorized access, infringement, harassment, sanctions evasion, abusive automation, or any activity prohibited by law, provider rules, or our Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third parties such as hosting providers, payment processors, AI providers, communications providers, analytics services, marketplaces, cloud services, data vendors, and financial providers. Their terms, privacy notices, availability, and technical limits may also apply. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or service interruptions beyond obligations imposed on us by law.

12. Service Changes and Future Features

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue services for security, legal, provider, technical, economic, or product reasons. If a change materially affects your rights or the way we handle personal information, we will provide notice when required by applicable law.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, profitability, rankings, traffic, trading outcomes, investment returns, error-free AI output, or compatibility with every third-party system. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, security threats, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, provider requirements, or misuse. Where appropriate, we may preserve records needed for legal, security, billing, or dispute purposes.
